Service Description
Professional speaking engagements covering mental health, trauma, school safety, and systemic change. Dr. Stephanie Duer provides high-impact motivational sessions and educational keynotes tailored for conferences, events, and educational institutions looking for expert perspectives. Public Speaking Fees Keynote Presentations 1 Hour Keynote: $1,500 2 Hour Keynote: $2,500 3+ Hour Keynote or Training: $4,000 Conference Breakout Sessions 1 Hour Breakout Session: $500 2 Hour Breakout Session: $750 Travel Speaking engagements within a 150-mile radius do not require additional travel expenses. For engagements located more than 150 miles away, travel-related expenses may apply, including mileage, airfare, lodging, and other reasonable travel costs as necessary. Travel arrangements and expenses will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to finalizing the engagement. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in booking Dr. Stephanie Duer for your event. Submission of a speaking request through the website does not guarantee availability or confirmation of services. All speaking engagements are subject to review and approval by Dr. Duer and are considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and a written agreement has been executed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a speaking engagement, please provide notice as soon as possible. For events within a 150-mile radius, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. For events requiring significant travel outside of a 150-mile radius, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date. Because presentations are customized to meet the needs of each audience and require significant preparation, planning, and scheduling, cancellations made after the applicable deadline will incur a fee equal to 25% of the agreed-upon engagement costs. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible based on Dr. Duer's availability. Every effort will be made to identify a mutually agreeable alternative date.
