Service Description
Creating a comprehensive school-based mental health program can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Dr. Stephanie Duer partners with school and district leadership teams to provide practical guidance on developing, strengthening, or reorganizing existing mental health services using the staff, systems, and resources already in place. With expertise in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), school counseling, and mental health programming, Dr. Duer helps schools create sustainable plans that address the needs of all students across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports. Consulting services are grounded in current research and aligned with state legislation, ensuring schools can build effective, compliant, and student-centered mental health programs. Together, your team can create a clear roadmap that makes mental health support more accessible, coordinated, and impactful for students, staff, and families. Choose your level of support from an Introductory/Discovery Consultation, Half-Day Strategic Planning, Full -Day Strategic Planning, or a Full Consultation Package including discovery, strategic planning and implementation support. **All bookings made online are tentative pending approval and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled consultation date and time. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee or 25% of the total fee. This fee helps offset the time reserved for planning, preparation, and scheduling. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
